Terms of Service

Welcome to NoDrama.

NoDrama is a service brand operated by Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or purchasing a service plan, you are entering into a legal agreement with Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd.

Our promise: WordPress operations without the maintenance theater.

Your responsibility: Use the service honestly and within scope.

NoDrama provides productized WordPress operations services. Every plan includes:

• WordPress core, plugin and theme updates, with risky updates flagged before they run
• Key pages photographed before and after each update, and the site put back if an update breaks it
• Malware scanning every 12 hours, an edge firewall, DDoS and bot protection, spam protection on forms and login, two-factor and login lockout
• Hack cleanup for infections that occur after your plan starts, with a written report after every cleanup. Cleanup is included on yearly billing and charged hourly on monthly billing (see Section 5).
• Off-site backups kept for 90 days, a second copy held by another company, and rollback to any day in that 90-day window
• Uptime checks every minute, broken-page detection, SSL renewal and expiry monitoring, and a monthly report
• Global CDN, page and browser caching, image compression and conversion, and monthly real-visitor speed data
• Migration and setup. Included on yearly billing and charged as a one-time fee on monthly billing (see Section 5).

Plans differ only in backup frequency, response commitment, the number of small jobs handled at once, and how often a real restore is tested. Current figures for each plan are listed on our pricing page.

You keep your own hosting. We are an operations partner, not a development agency. Custom development, redesigns, feature builds and complex integrations are outside standard scope unless agreed in writing.

Cleanup of a site that is already infected when your plan starts is not included on any plan, on monthly or yearly billing. If we find an existing infection during setup, we quote the cleanup in writing before any work starts.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to manage the website you submit
• Provide accurate account information

You agree to:

• Provide required access credentials
• Maintain hosting in good standing
• Keep billing information current
• Not interfere with monitoring tools

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party changes without notification
• Expired hosting accounts
• Unauthorized external access
• Unsupported WordPress configurations

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly. The monthly price is the same on either.
• On monthly billing, setup and migration are a one-time fee of $149, and hack cleanups are billed at $50 per hour.
• On yearly billing, setup, migration and hack cleanups are included at no extra charge.
• Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
• All prices are in US dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes. For clients in India, GST is added to the invoice at the applicable rate.
• All pricing is listed publicly on our pricing page. There are no other fees for work inside your plan. Work outside scope is quoted in writing before it starts.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

You may cancel at any time. There are no cancellation penalties.

• On monthly billing there is no minimum term. Service continues to the end of the current billing cycle, then stops.
• On yearly billing, service continues to the end of the year you have paid for, then stops. Yearly plans are not refunded for the unused part of the year.

When service stops:

• Your latest off-site backup is handed back to you. You do not need to request it.
• Access tokens and credentials we hold are deleted.

While we aim to prevent downtime and security issues:

• We cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We cannot guarantee immunity from zero-day vulnerabilities
• We cannot control hosting provider outages
• We cannot control third-party plugin developers

We provide proactive care, not absolute guarantees.

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activity
• Malware distribution
• Phishing or fraud
• Copyright infringement
• Hosting prohibited content

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity.

Security is core to our service.

We use:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Access controls
• Secure infrastructure
• Backup redundancy
• Principle-of-least-access policies

While no system is 100% immune, we proactively monitor and maintain infrastructure to reduce risk.

We use minimal cookies for:

• Analytics
• Performance optimization
• Basic site functionality

We do not use invasive tracking systems or behavioral ad networks.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

All NoDrama branding, content, design, and materials are owned by Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd.

You retain ownership of your website and its content.

We do not claim rights to your intellectual property.

We treat all client data as confidential.

We will not disclose sensitive business information except:

• To deliver service
• As required by law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss beyond backup scope
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees attributable to the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Pangolin Marketing Pvt Ltd against claims arising from:

• Your website content
• Your misuse of services
• Legal violations connected to your business

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet infrastructure failures
• Cyberattacks targeting global systems

We may improve or modify features to maintain quality and security.

We will not materially reduce core included features without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Existing clients will be notified by email before any changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
