Case Study · Rapidor

B2B SaaS · Trade Automation and Manufacturing · The Higher Standard Plan

The demand engine runs on landing pages. They stay up.

Rapidor automates trade operations for SMEs across sales, accounts, procurement, and inventory. Repositioned around three fixed-price bundles, the site now carries segment-specific landing pages, an active paid program across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, and fortnightly A/B tests. Every campaign lands on a page. Every page has to work.

Objectives

The site should never be the variable in a campaign.

Rapidor needed the technical layer to hold steady underneath a live demand engine: bundle landing pages taking paid traffic, running A/B tests, and free-pilot forms that the whole foot-in-the-door offer depends on. The brief was that nobody on the growth side should have to check whether the site is working before pressing send.

Before NoDrama

Performance marketing only works when the site performs.

Rapidor's repositioning was built for repeatability: three packaged bundles, transparent pricing, a parent and child module hierarchy, and dedicated landing pages per bundle. Behind it sits a paid program running weekly creative sprints and fortnightly landing page tests.

That is a lot of change happening on live pages while the spend is running. NoDrama was brought in so a plugin update or a slow hero image never quietly reduced what a campaign returned.

The engine was built to be repeatable. NoDrama makes sure the pages underneath it are too.

The honest audit

What we found when we looked.

01

No staging environment.

With bundle pages under test and paid traffic routing to specific URLs, a broken update during a live campaign has no recovery path other than rollback. No rollback point existed.

02

A/B testing configurations not documented.

If a plugin update broke a variant, there was no record of the original configuration. Rebuilding a test from memory is not a process.

03

Four major plugin updates pending.

Two touched the landing page builder, which is the exact dependency the campaign pages sit on. Updating them without before-and-after checks while the spend was running would have been a significant risk.

04

Free-pilot form submissions not monitored.

The Van Sales pilot offer was the primary conversion. A form failure would surface as a dip in demo requests days later, not as an alert. A week of missed submissions is a week of missed pipeline.

05

Landing page assets not CDN-routed.

Hero images and banner sets loading from the origin server. Load time under a traffic spike from a Google Search or Meta push was untested and likely to degrade.

The work

What we actually did. Specifically.

WEEK 1

Audit and brief.

Full site audit with specific focus on the demand stack: bundle landing pages, form tracking, A/B test status, and the plugin dependencies underneath campaign infrastructure.

WEEKS 1–2

Update checks and CDN setup.

Set up before-and-after checks. Activated CDN for all campaign landing page assets. Load time on the primary bundle page dropped from 4.5s to 1.9s. Performance monitoring with alerting is established.

WEEK 2

Plugin updates and form monitoring.

Updated all four pending plugins, with 20 campaign-critical pages photographed before and after. Form submission monitoring set up, any failure triggers an alert within 10 minutes.

WEEK 2

A/B configuration documentation.

Documented every active test configuration. Set up a version log so any variant can be restored if an update introduces a conflict.

MONTH 2 ONWARDS

Weekly cycle.

Updates checked before and after. Every bundle landing page is included in each check. Report on the 1st.

The results

6 months in.

11hrs/mo

saved per month. Hours that go into campaigns, not maintenance.

For a team running a live demand engine across three channels, maintenance overhead is dead weight. NoDrama removes it.

99.97%

Uptime over 6 months.

Campaign traffic always lands somewhere that works.

0

Campaign-related outages since launch.

Zero is the goal. Always.

1.9s

Primary bundle page load time.

Was 4.5s. Fixed during onboarding.

Business outcome

What the reliability actually bought them.

Campaigns went out on schedule without a pre-flight check on the site, which removed a standing dependency between the growth side and anyone technical. With form monitoring alerting inside ten minutes and every A/B configuration version logged, a dead pilot form or a broken variant stopped being something Rapidor would find out about from a dip in demo requests.
