Three markets. One site. Zero maintenance overhead.

Following a $5M Series A, iTuring.ai runs an active content and lead generation programme across the U.S., India, and South Africa — simultaneously. Enterprise BFSI buyers, long evaluation cycles, and an ongoing content engine mean the site is always in motion. NoDrama keeps it reliable.

Before NoDrama

A Series A doesn't slow down for site maintenance.

Following its $5M Series A, iTuring.ai was in full GTM motion across three geographies. The content programme was live: blogs, whitepapers, webinars, event collateral, and geo-targeted landing pages. Enterprise BFSI buyers were evaluating.

Pangolin built the site and the GTM architecture. NoDrama came in at launch to make sure the operational side never became a friction point. In a category where trust is everything and a broken contact form is a reputational event, reliable maintenance isn't optional.

The honest audit

What we found when we looked.

What NoDrama's onboarding audit found on a multi-geography enterprise platform running active content and lead generation.

01

No staging environment.

A site running active content across three geographies, with enterprise buyers in evaluation cycles, going live on every direct update. A broken case study page or contact form during an evaluation is not recoverable.

02

Geo-targeted pages not monitored by territory.

A page loading well in India but slowly in the U.S. during a campaign would only surface in conversion data, weeks later. No regional performance baseline had been established.

03

Whitepaper and webinar download forms not verified post-launch.

One form had a misconfigured redirect that silently dropped the thank-you confirmation. Submissions were being recorded but leads were not receiving the asset they downloaded.

04

CMS timezone misconfiguration.

Scheduled blog posts were publishing at incorrect times in two of the three territories due to a timezone mismatch in the production CMS. Fixed in week two.

05

Six plugins with pending updates, including the SEO plugin.

The SEO plugin handled schema markup for BFSI-specific queries. Schema was not being validated post-launch, meaning structured data may not have been indexing correctly.

The work

What we actually did. Specifically.

WEEK 1

Audit + brief

Full audit with specific attention to multi-geography performance, form tracking, CMS configuration, and SEO schema validation. Seven items identified and prioritised.

WEEKS 1–2

Staging + form and CMS fixes

Staged environment configured. Fixed the whitepaper form redirect misconfiguration. Corrected the CMS timezone configuration — scheduled publishing now accurate across all three territories.

WEEK 2

Geo-performance baseline + CDN

Established performance baselines for all geo-targeted landing pages across three territories. CDN configured for content-heavy pages. Regional monitoring with territory-specific alerting now active.

WEEK 2

SEO plugin update + schema validation

Updated the SEO plugin via staging. Ran full schema validation across BFSI-specific content pages. All structured data confirmed valid and correctly indexed.

MONTH 2 ONWARDS

Weekly cycle + geo content monitoring

All updates staged and tested. Monthly report includes geo performance summary across all three territories. Report on the 1st.

In their words

We're running campaigns in three countries at the same time. I can't be thinking about whether the website is working in South Africa at 2am. NoDrama handles all of it. The site runs, the content publishes, the forms work. I haven't had a single infrastructure issue since we launched.
